Information you choose to provide

The contact form may include your name, email address, optional phone number, selected prints, quantities, delivery preference, business information for wholesale inquiries and any details you write in your message. The newsletter form asks only for your email address.

How the information is used

Inquiry information is used to answer questions, confirm print selections, arrange shipping or Moncton-area pickup, assist with a damaged shipment and provide customer service. Newsletter information is used only to send occasional updates about new artwork, print releases and special discounts. Personal information is not sold or used for third-party advertising.

Newsletter list

When you subscribe, your email address, signup date, source page and consent record are added to a private Google Sheet maintained by CT Hickox. Google may process and store this information on its systems. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying to a newsletter or using the contact form. Your record will then be marked unsubscribed or removed when appropriate.

How the contact form works

Submitting the inquiry form sends the message through the website host to the contact form. The website does not create a customer account. The message is handled by the website host’s mail service and Gmail; routine technical logs may be retained by those providers for security and reliable delivery.

Retention and your choices

Email correspondence may be kept for as long as reasonably needed to answer your inquiry, manage an order, document a shipping issue or meet administrative and legal obligations. Active newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. You may ask CT Hickox to access, correct or delete your contact information, subject to any information that must be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.

Anonymous website counts

We count page views, product views, cart actions, inquiry starts, accepted inquiries and accepted newsletter submissions to understand which parts of the website are useful. These daily totals are stored privately with the website host. The counters do not store names, email addresses, IP addresses, full referral URLs, search text or visitor identifiers, and do not use analytics cookies. General referral categories such as search or social may be counted. An accepted inquiry is not a paid order; confirmed payments are recorded separately.

Cookies, analytics and payments

The current website does not include customer accounts, online card processing, advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies. If an order is confirmed, payment is arranged separately through Interac e-Transfer. The website never asks for or receives a customer’s online-banking username, password or account details.
